Only after the income has been properly disposed.

Man, can things just go so sideways in a heartbeat.

Well at least for the next few days we are loking at better weather. clear sky and no snow or rain for several days.
temps wont be so bad, mid 30's to low 40 for a bout a week.

    LOL.

I am in the sleeper berth on a round trip from OKC to Casper. I gave my brother the "rocking chair" on a three shift load. He just made delivery in Casper and headed back to OKC.

Because we are in my truck I get the owner's settlement check. The coodriver on a team load gets a driver's check. We give the "driver only" the rocking chair. It's a three shift load (on bare and dry roads) and the coodriver takes the second shift to deliver and pick up the backhaul. The owner takes two shifts from OKC and back to OKC.

It's a blessing to have all the options for making money on my gig.

Most of the team trucks I am familiar with are husband/wife setups. Thats all the company will do, not sure why. I don't think they get a full "team pay split" it is only slightly more than a solo driver. paid on percentage, solo gets 28, they get 30 or something like that. They do get some good long hauls that pay nice.
