Update: Drove bobtail from Allentown pa to Elizabeth NJ passed a Dot inspection at the weigh station on 78 got me one of the fancy yellow windshield stickers. Broken pedal was the source of the problem clutch is all good!!! Thanks for the help. P.S. I posted in the new driver section because I thought it meant new to the Truckers report forum been driving 20 years 6 as O/O. First time I ever had the pedal itself break which caused the plastic piece to break.

    The pedal broke first,right?
So if you had a direct linkage like some off the oldtimers advocate, you would have had the same problem.

Hahaha. At least it was better that your up tight company driver mentality. Some times i just shake my head & roll my eyes at how brain washed truck drivers can be.

“if you're driving a partially disabled commercial vehicle and an accident occurs because you couldn't control your vehicle, guess who's going to get the blame?”
    Hahaha.

“Call a UBER driver and get a ride to the Volvo Stealership in Conshohocken for the part, it's about 49 miles away.”

Any idea what an uber would cost for 100+mile round trip?

Lol, you give up your credit card info to pay that deal, when there’s a driveable truck in the mix.

Glad you got it done and over. With all these "dumb" so called comments you floated it back after all. Wrecks causing mayhem wow. None of that. Some people worry themselves sick.

There is O/o on here who limped home with his DD15 with coolant issues.
He is now doing a rebuild on his engine.
By driving home he overheaded one cylinder.
"limping" is not allways a smart move.
