Well, it seemed your point was that I was paid cash so I didn't factor. Wasn't paid cash and never factored.

2013 was far more than that.

Please post consistent PA to WI rates for 02-03 to show how much they were.

Since you can’t pick up what I’m putting down. I will put it plainly. Me commenting on what little I know about your business makes me look arrogant and ignorant. And puts you trying to defend yourself. Sort of similar to you attacking DuneT for the way he runs his business. I doubt you or anybody else knows anymore about his business than I do about yours. If he chooses to factor what does that concern you? If he chooses to run spot market again what does that concern you? If you choose to haul cheap mushrooms what does that concern me?

My factoring company filed on my behalf when a broker screwed me. I got about 50% of what I was owed. I'm currently going after Amazon for the other half. What is the full name and MC of the broker that screwed you? Because I wrote about SEL in another thread about 3 or 4 months ago. DAT is STILL posting their loads.

Yeah. That's what my "non-recourse" factoring company told me when King Heaven screwed me. I don't see the difference. Is it a built-in loophole?

If you or him took it as an attack, I apologize, wasn't meant that way

    Maybe you missed this reply

Never said you can't do well in the spot market, but it's a small percentage that do compared to the total number in it. Downturn like now, they're the ones falling fast, complaining the most.

    Ban1 Thanks this.

Think it's a pretty common clause.

SEL has been bad for a while. Surprised that any factor took them.

    gekko1323 Thanks this.

Essentially there is no such thing as, "non-recourse" factoring. The carrier never wins in the end. The factoring company never really loses anything. Not a single dime.

    Snailexpress and gekko1323 Thank this.

It came across that way. At least to me. But that’s alright. Maybe I did miss a post. That’s certainly possible. You are definitely correct on the downturn taking spot market guys first. Especially new entrants. I also don’t feel the spot market is good for a long term business model, unless you are just planning on being a one truck chuck.
