    About 600 dollars a week in management fees, that's about 30 grand a year out of pocket

    Quit and sell the truck before it blows up, because you clearly have no interest in actually doing the work,or the business acumen to understand just how incredibly bad you're doing at this.

    I suspect that's the advice you got from the others?
