First off we have been moving flatbed and stepdeck loads for years but now one shipper has been asking prices for RGN and D/D legal and oversize but not sure how to price it out
Next when starting with a new customer how do you check there credit? All I can find is factoring company's but I don't need the money it's the truckers money not mine..
You can PM me any info thanks!!

I sent you a PM. We can quote all of that without an issue for you.

@ Bayou - You might could pull a Dun & Bradstreet on your customer or a compunet report. Or holler at LSOZR! I do mostly Reefer/LTL; so I wouldnt be much help..
Don't quote me but I think that ITS does credit reports on customers. However that may be an "off the cuff" report, not sure. -
I would do a D&B if it was going to be a big customer . Ansonia Credit Data is another more affordable credit check service.

If the factoring companies will factor for the shipper than their credit is usually good enough. You can check their Dun and Bradstreet too but sometimes their reporting is misleading. I would just ask a factoring company if they are factorable or I think there is a service called RTS credit services that can check the shippers credit for 9.00.
