I’m not crying on here.
I HOPE YOU ENJOYED WHAT I POSTED A MINUTE AGO.
If you choose to make stupid cry baby statements then you may just be a part of the problem. Dave you normally don’t show yourself to be what you are in this thread. Don’t take your emotions out on me. Look at the situation for what it is.
When brokers show their take are you going to be doing the same? Good for the goose good for the gander.
MODERATORS I will not post anything more in this thread to cause people to think. I’m out.

You folks are missing the bigger picture. The FMCSA has ZERO interest in forcing brokers to disclose their costs to carriers. This dog and pony show is for our benefit to give the illusion that they are actually doing something. It's a similar situation with the house calling in the CEO's of Google, Facebook and Twitter to testify about limiting free speech on their platforms, and after it's all said and done, nothing gets fixed. Large freight brokerages pay hundreds of millions in lobbying fees to politicians for protection from things like this. The FMCSA is the federal agency that is supposed to oversee us AND the brokers, but it's been obvious for many years that they are in bed with the brokers and mega carriers.
We are the pawns of the game that will occasionally rise up with our torches and pitch forks and threaten the status quo. They circulate a petition to make it appear as if they are doing something while they are and have no intention of doing anything. It's just business as usual in America 2020, and how they keep we the minions from rising up and killing everybody in power. -
Sad, so true though. This business is a #### show with every low life and there brother and cousins in it. The good guy is a rarity in this business. Which I’ve met both, brokers and truckers, for the most part though anyone with integrity and pride is the minority.
Dino soar, Rideandrepair, bigguns and 1 other person Thank this. -
It would seem a no brainer.
I think the stumbling block is that almost all shippers pay a reasonable amount. It just gets siphoned off.Dino soar, Rideandrepair, D.Tibbitt and 1 other person Thank this. -

There's the way things are, and there's the way things should be.
Getting rid of the transparency regulation will only tip the scales further to the broker.
I'm just an uneducated bafoon. But if something isn't broken, why does it need to be fixed?Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
Fascinating how people that are pro broker turn to making it about me, rather than the regulation.
Lumper Humper and Rideandrepair Thank this. -
