Myself I would get that final delivery rejection with the consignee signature on BOL
Got to prove that you made the attempt.
Your end of the contract is over.
Now you got 2 spa's on the truck call broker and tell him what public storage facility they will be dropped off in his name.
    File on his bond.

We ship a lot of loads in and out of our warehouse that is “exclusive use” partial loads.
The reason for this is these are time sensitive loads and/or any other loads on the trailer will interfere with the loading or unloading of our load (say a flatbed load that is a dock load/unload and don’t want another load in the way).

It's one thing if they pay a very good rate for exclusive use but what do they expect when it's not a good rate? Or how about the customer trusting his broker paying them very well? Only to have the broker drop the ball by greedily paying a partial rate to the carrier then the load gets LTL'd

Lite bug and cke Thank this.

    Best response I’ve seen.

If the broker says haul it back to Vegas give him a price. If he doesn’t accept tell him where it’s dropped.

Doubt we'll be getting an answer to it. He's a one and done on the 25th of January.
