Brokers, beware of this carrier: EXPRESS TRANSFERS, LLC - MC# 1532949 / DOT# 4047460 / RMIS CARRIER ID# 4647971 (based in OH / CA). They will book loads (as a carrier) with unsuspecting brokers, like you, and **take your same load and RE-POST IT ON WEB BASED LOAD BOARDS AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE**. They do this under the same name (but with broker authority). They post your loads as Express Transfers, LLC MC# 01552802 (based in TX) and dupe unsuspecting carriers into loading for them. *Re-brokering fraudulently, Co/Double brokering fraudulently*. BROKERS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARRIER.

Sounds like Landstar... or the Glendale Gang... or the UZB boys. All operating under this same MO.
1. Books load with unsuspecting broker under carrier MC#
2. re-posts the load on load boards with a broker MC# - often at a higher rate and never intending to pay the delivering carrier.
3. Books a carrier who, while seeing known and legitimate brokers posting at 5000, takes their load for 7000 thinking they got a deal....
4. Load delivers, they forge PODs
5. Broker pays the factoring company - like say Crossroads Services (Glendale Gang owned and operated) who works for the scammers.
6. Delivering carrier doesnt get paid, has to file on real brokers bond and/or jump thru hoops to get paid.
7. real broker pays scammers and delivering carrier. -
You can PM me if you would like, maybe i can help. Seems they have reports of double brokering on Carrier Assure, a 0/F rating, no inspections and dudes name is Turdyyev so that about sums it up.
-
Yeah, two FG reports on 411 with the double brokering flags up.

Thank Christ we caught it, yesterday. Driver showed up at the shipper and didn't have Express Transfers LLC (DOT# 4047460) on the door of the tractor. Had somebody else's name all together. Poor driver didn't know what was happening. We were able to cancel the load under Express Transfers LLC and re-book the load with the driver who showed up (after we got his company set up with us).
Here's what I have on "Turd" and his cronies:
BROKERS / SHIPPERS BEWARE:
EXPRESS TRANSFERS, LLC - MC 1532949 / DOT 4047460 will call (as a carrier) and book your load. Then, using their broker authority under the same name, will re-post your load for a MUCH HIGHER RATE on web-based load posting boards like Internet Truckstop, DAT, etc. Using their broker authority, EXPRESS TRANSFERS, LLC - MC# 1552802 will fraudulently re-broker your load to an unsuspecting carrier. Co/Double brokering * Fraud.

I've been searching Truckstop.com for loads he has posted. Then, I search similar loads (with same mileage/destination) and I warn those brokers he has their load posted. I've been screwing with him since yesterday afternoon. -
This is gold. I used to do similar things the the Glendale gang scammers using number spoofing apps and VPNs. Got a few death threats out of it and lots of laughs. Ill check on DAT to see if he is there to.Siinman, D.Tibbitt, PPLC and 1 other person Thank this.

Oh, he messed with the wrong broker......Trust me. We've been looking for him on DAT. Haven't seen him, yet, on DAT. Heck, he's probably too cheap to pay that monthly DAT sub fee.
Sad part about it is..... he's probably going to close up shop on these 2 businesses and open up 2 more (very soon). I don't know how these friggin people get away with constantly being granted new authority (new MC#s) / opening up new brokerage companies / new trucking companies and the DOT / FMCSA is none the wiser. Happens all the time, now. Boggles the mind.

This company just double booked a load from my company and i have no idea how to stop this. How do you stop Double broker loads form happening from the carrier. IS there a place that i can check MC # to find if they scammers. I use Freight Checkers and they suck? anything better?
