Thanks I got approved for them first quarter of last year. They told me to give them a call when I change my mind so looks like I'll be studying for haz mat this month.

 

Is everything still going good over there. Im currently awaiting orientation, by that I mean finishing paperwork on my new truck I'm already approved and Kent calls frequently to make sure I haven't changed my mind.

 

If you like being treated like ####, pull the hopper bottoms. Bryan and Russell, with the blessing of their immediate supervisor, will talk down to you and drive your truck for you.

 

is hazmat required for end dump with oakley??

Yes Haz-Mat and TWIC card are required.

 

I was approved and backed out last year but am now reconsidering and in the process of getting approved again. My current contract with the company I'm leased to expires 03/06/2016. They (my current company) are giving me a $5,000 stay on bonus to hang around until the 6th. They lost the contract and don't want us all leaving too early.
From what I've heard about Oakley through recruiting is you need a Twic and Haz-Mat. They may let you apply for it while your at orientation. I'm trying to possibly do end dump or pneumatic.

I finally got everything in line. I start orientation Monday.
