Smaller flatbed outfit, i was looking at a few years back but stuck with TMC anyway... Til they fired me without giving a good reason =D

Anybody got any information on them? It's looking like i might need to go back OTR for a while. Just weighing my options, i want to pull flatbed, but i've about had it with the "Big company" BS. As much as i thought TMC cared and I had job security, in the end i ended up being just a number like everyone else... Go figure? After all the preachin i've done! :))

I don't see the BTI units in & around cental OH anymore like I used to?
The drivers I used to talk with were a very nice close knit bunch.

eckz I called and got all the literature in the mail from BTI and it didn't look to bad at all. The only thing that really struck my interest about them is the VERY nice equipment they have. I didn't stop looking there though. I found a co. called L.J. Kennedy and I like what they offer drivers and I decided to go with them. I am scheduled to go to orientation Feb. 23. Read my post on here about them, it will give all the info you will need and I am sure you live in there hiring area. They just started a new division called Mid-West System drivers and need guys right now. Hope that helps out. Let me know if I can be of more assistance to you.

From what I have seen they take care of thier drivers. Thier trucks always look good. From research I have done they also are interested in getting things done safely.

Well, just an update. I jumped through the hoops of the application process, and apparently TMC gave no negative information about me whatsoever, apparently much of it was actual compliments, which is odd considering they fired me. I've been hired, I guess? My application was accepted, is what she said.

The bad news is? That was a few months ago and i check with her once a week.. They don't have a truck for me! This is a good thing because that means they are keeping their drivers happy, and nobody is quitting, but it's a bad thing because i wanna get back out on the road. =P
