    Do you have a bucket list of freight?
    Being fairly new to platform, we had a mental bucket list when we switched.
    Co-drivers' list:
    Tracker boats - done.
    John Deere tractors = done.
    torpedos = done
    humvees = done
    tanks = done

    My list:
    Bobcats = not yet.

    Our new motto:
    A bad day hauling tanks beats a good day hauling panti-liners. :smt038

    Sounds like this is just a hobby for you. What does it matter what you haul? As long as it pays good I'll haul "panti-liners" everyday.

    When I see a guy with hummers I think he's hauling for a dollar a mile just to look cool.

    I've been getting better than $2 a mile hauling hummers from Fort Bragg and Pensacola.
    Have yet to haul missles.
    I think it's not what you haul but who you haul it for.
    Here at Mercer is good.

    I agree, last military load I hauled, a few weeks ago, paid $4 a mile & the broker paid the permits. It only weighed 50k and got me home :biggrin_25519:

    What's so hard about bobcats? You can usually get away with 2 chains and 4 binders per bobcat, and a strap over the bucket.
