Buffalo Fuel Corp also knowed as BFC, what a company, equipment that breaks because of the area that they send you in, landfills and scrap yards, they want the driver to do everything and they collect the rewards, no more working for 15 hours and getting paid for 11,I'm going back to hourly, also with this company you have to watch your pay and with the pecentage thing the only way you can really do it is by keeping all your records for a year and comparing them, some of the guys like it there, but I hated it,if your going to rob me, do it with a weapon, for this is a small company that wants to get big by the sweat of the drivers, and they could care less about the drivers, good example, the restroom for the drivers is a pig pen and there is no soap,if you don't care about the people that makes your your company run, what are you. for a company with a million trucks and no drivers, will not be in business long, but this company doesn't see that, office personnel is the only thing that they care about, the driver is nothing more than a tool, this company is joke

The restroom is that way BECAUSE of the drivers. And if you thought they are bad, you are not going to be happy anywhere near Buffalo. Well, maybe Crossett but even that's doubtful since URC Warren is a pigpen and you'd go there alot.
-
sad but true, have you ever noticed that alot of shippers and receivers have signs on their restrooms that say drivers, and some that say employees only,no drivers
-
Shep Shiloh Thanks this.

jeepskate, what do you know about crossett? i am curious, i talked to their recruiting department, they told me some pretty decent numbers, you know if thats true or false?
-
First off if the bathroom is bad talk to someone about it, not online. Are the online people going to clean it. Things will change soon I can tell you that. Every company has their problems trust me. I work for black rock in buffalo as a heavy hauler. And going to come over to bfc as their safety driver trainer in few weeks. It's hard to make everyone happy all the time. I'm looking forward to making some good changes.
-
work for black rock huh? why are you leaving? i know a guy who works there, ken, and he is always really upbeat about the place. decent equipment it looks like, at least while i'm driving by on the 190. I almost went to work for them earlier this year, but something better popped up. Mr Staub seems like an decent guy.
-
You mean red bull he is a good guy! Staub has 7 new 2010s. But the black rock stuff is 10-11 years old. They are nice but it stops their for me. Myself and owner op are leaving so far. One driver got fired this morning so I think they will be looking for help
-
BFC has been a low life co for years all they run is junk but they still get drivers.....
-
yep, red bull!! I noticed the black rock stuff is older, i was told that black rock just runs locally, not as far out, so maybe they are just going to cycle through their old equipment from staub to black rock. So they are nice and not much else? Kenny always told me that they paid well, I am suprised!
