Yeah, another sad story. So RCX took all the fault because plaintiff's suits convinced the jury the carrier who finished the load was an "independent owner-operator working for RCX." Unfreakingbelievable...

 

My truck popped the CPS only a few miles from the drop. Called a local wrecker to power the trailer to the drop and they brought another truck to pull my tractor home. Cost a pretty penny but my customer's customer got what they needed on time.
