Most home every weekend dedicated van jobs pay way above 1k even at 41cpm on a slow week. One has to be really down the food chain to consider flatbed jobs at btc wages. If you are not desperate there are much better options out there.

 

Or just know you don't have the patience to pull a van

 

Lol... Down the food chain... Wow... All the drivers i have talked to at builders was happy.. All depends on the company.. Their freight/lanes.. Drivers home location in-relation to them... Their Attitude towards co-workers and communication skills.. If their money is good or not... Maintain the equipment... And you can physically and mentally can do the job... Throwing 100+lb tarps in the middle or a rain/snow storm 12 feet in the air at dark with moderate winds for 25 bucks is a terrible life experience... If you physically cant or simply wont do it... Work a van... If it works for you and yours... Tear it up... Just slow down in the truck stops please...
