According to the paper work 1 db louder than the Yamaha, 2 or 3 louder than the Hondas, quieter than most APU's especially the Rigmasters

If more drivers are buying into the "cheap" way, industry will take notice, especially if they want better sales.

Not as long as they can still stick to the big companies.
Cracks me up when O/O,s try telling me how much they are saving by having one , yet they still run it everyday even if it's nice enough to sleep for free. I guess that's how some justify spending all that money on something that really should only need to be used maybe 1/3 of the time ( depending on where you are of course)

I have a Rigmaster and I must admit, I run the A/C if the temp gets up to 76. I run my Espar if the temp gets down to 68 if I'm up and about. I definitely started using climate control a LOT more since I got an APU.

I can fully understand using an APU when its hot or extremlly cold but I see some people use it when its 65* out side and over cast. Me I'm to much of a tight ### to run mine unless its over 75 or under about 40. That little amount of fuel they burn each day adds up over the course of a year. JMHO

When it's nice out and guys are running them, that's probably when they're using them to power their DJ equipment, mirror ball and fog machine.
