Look into a good credit union (not all of them are, some rip off customers like banks do) and build a relationship with them. If you join one that is part of the Co-op Network you'll have around 30k free ATM's and branch offices available across the US. Their fees are far cheaper. You can open an account with most of them for $5, then take out a loan and pay it back regularly to build your credit, can be a VISA card account, they treat them like a loan.
If you need credit repair, one place to find experts is a mortgage company. They help potential home buyers do it so they can write them. I have heard one of their reps do a presentation and he said that many of the "credit repair" agencies do more harm than good in the long-term. Mortgage companies are always thinking long-game.Dan.S Thanks this. -
Pay your bills on time.

Just buy a new truck at 18% interest...you have banks blowing up your phone.

Is this a question of Business Credit? Or personal credit?
If personal credit, that's easy. Go buy something cheap at your local furniture store. They probably have something there for 99 bucks that they are willing to finance. Run it for three months. While you are at it, look for a secured credit card online. Put $300 bucks on it. Buy some gas or a couple of meals. Make all of the payments on time. There is no quick fix, but this will get your score moving up and will show those looking, that you are responsible enough to make timely payments on a debt. It will take several months, but if you don't ever get started, you wont ever get it done.
Credit Karma is a good place to learn how the machine runs, and they will offer you credit cards and loans. That's how they make their money. Just because they tell you that you can get a certain card, that doesn't mean that you SHOULD. But they make the offers and give you an idea if you're likely to get it.
Good luck. Credit is a double edged sword.

Yes i am a broker and i just want to know as much as i can about this industry. Also I would like to build up the business credit, from what i have heard it is probably best to get a loan and start paying it monthly to build credit easier.
