I'm just wondering how to go about bringing it to reality. I'm pretty handy with a torch and welder. The biggest challenge I think would be getting a nice and consistent curve in the flatbar on top. A rosebud torch might be a big help there.

Honestly, get your measurments, go to a fab shop. Have them roll that top rail like you want, then bring it to your shop and let the cutting, grinding, measuring, cutting, grinding, measuring, cutting, grinding, measuring begin.....lol.....wash, rinse, repeat as nessecery.....

I like a "double" ramp. 1st ramp gets the rollers up on the frame then roll forward a bit to build some momentum then up ramp #2 (that moves with the 5th wheel). This allows more space between the rear frame and the neck that you need when getting in to some high crowned areas when real heavy.

An air slide 5th wheel would be a pretty cool addition to everything.

They didnt when i took the pics. I had the old 40x60 tore down and had the new 40x84 put up with 16' ceilings. Didnt quite need the insulation yet, but its gettin to be that time of year.

The guys that built it was to busy to finish it at the time. Plus im pouring a new floor over that and they wanted the floor done first before the finished the inside.

Would think that insulation will be there sooner rather then later
