Hello drivers, wanting to know if any of you experienced this problem. I have a 07 peterbilt 387. Both my front and bunk ac was working perfectly til yesterday. Now my bunk ac won't blow at all. I have to depend on the cab for air when I'm parked. Any suggestions? I would appreciate it.

probably the switch or the vent directing the air. Or the flap

Check your fuses. Did it stop blowing air all together, or is it blowing air just not cooling?

Check your fuses, if you don't find one blown, get a test light and check to see if you have fire at the blower motor. Probably either the fuse, switch gone bad or blower motor gone bad. You can narrow it down with a cheap test light.

The expansion valve has nothing to do with the blower assembly, it is as WhoopNride said.

Are Pete's similar to KW's? There's a resistor near the bunk blower motor, and the cab one too, that gets dusty/dirty over time and shorts out. It's really cheap and easy to replace. I forget exactly what it's called. When it goes your blower motor will quit working. Sometimes I think it will only have low speed but not high speeds. Motors get old and start dragging too.
