    Money does not grow on trees,but in this case you have to do the other 4 holes.I see this all of the time at my shop.If you have the funds,and plan on keeping the truck,please do it now.good luck.

    Just had this exact problem on truck I just bought, dealer changed a Piston, cracked head, new head bolts, head gasket, cylinder liner, thermostat, piston ring...engine runs fine now .....06 Century, 14 L, 3.55, 10 SPD....
