I made 11,000 dollars there last year from Jan 1st through July 5th. I sat numerous weekends in Carlisle, Pa with no load and no compensation for sitting. My July 4th consisted of sitting in Lynchburg, VA with 332 miles for the 4 days around July 4th. Buske loves to take the short runs of 180 miles for which you sit for long periods. I hated taking the Hershey load from Edwardsville, Il to McLane in Danville on Sunday evenings. Your family time was shot as this BS load delivered at 6 pm and screwed up your Sunday while you made 65 dollars for sometimes 18 hours babysitting their tiny truck. I asked to get home for Memorial Day and I sat in Carlisle, PA for 3 days. I asked to get home for July 4th and was told this "is all we have" and I was given a load from Columbus, Oh to Lynchburg, VA, a distance of 332 miles for 4 days and I received no compensation for sitting.

The T600 Kenworth is ridiculous to be expected to have to live in. There is no storage and no place to put a TV or hang clothes.

The truck also had 540,000 miles on it and it was considered one of the newer trucks.

In 7 months I made 3 trips into New York City but they do not compensate you for making a trip into the 5 boroughs.

They monitor where you are at all the time and send you messages on when you will be starting up again and treat you like a child in that regard.

I didn't get home for 3 1/2 weeks once and I LIVE IN GRANITE CITY, IL which is a stones throw from Edwardsville.

Buske loves to go up into New England. Hardly any runs deviate from I70 from St. Louis to New Jersey, Baltimore and to Michigan. I made 2 trips to Tulsa in 7 months otherwise I was always on I70 and I80.

The shop won't fix items on your truck and are incompetent and once refused to change my steer tire even though it was toeing in and beyond the mandated legal limits for treat depth.

I made 30 thousand dollars in 6 months at my new company.

You will go stir crazy sitting in their tiny truck and from lack of miles. You can stand around talk to their drivers who have no life other than that company.

    Irondog Thanks this.

I KNOW WHO YOU ARE, OF COURSE THEY HAD TO BOTHER YOU, YOU WERE UNABLE TO MAKE DELIVERY TIMES, EVEN ON A SHORT EDWARDSVILLE TO DANVILLE. YOU WERE ONE OF THE SELF MADE, I DON'T GET ANY MILES TYPE OF DRIVER. I HOPE YOUR NEW BIG TRUCK ACCOMMADATES YOUR T.V. AND SUPPLIES PLENTY OF ROOM FOR YOU TO LIE AROUND. BUSKE'S T600'S WERE WORK TRUCKS, NOT LUXURY TRUCKS. YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE MILES, IF YOU COULD HAVE MADE DELIVERIES AND WORKED YOUR LOG BOOK CORRECTLY. I ALWAYS AVERAGED 2800 MILES PER WEEK INCLUDING HOMETIME BECAUSE I COULD MANAGE MY TIME AND WORK A LOG BOOK CORRECTLY AND LEGALLY.:biggrin_25510:
