Busted with fake weed but charged with littering wanting to be a driver!please help!

The research shows that marijuana affects the same region of the brain as running, i.e. runners high. (im just saying). Court Records are important, and if they say its Littering, than its littering...(musing over how many truck drivers filled their piss bottle and threw it out their passenger side window. & didnt get caught, im thinking quite a few drivers....dont litter) The Littering offense will not prevent you from getting the HazMat endorsement on a CDL, a Port Access Card (Twic) or a Passport for travel into Canada. Each of those are desirable when their mixed with a drivers license that has no accidents, DWI, Drug Offense or speeding tickets.

 

Stop doing drugs and stop hanging around with people who do drugs. Never take responsibility for someone else's crime, unless it's your mother ( just saying ). You need to smarten up. A drug conviction can haunt you the rest of your life.
