What pisses me off is that all the local outfits I find that don't set off my ######## detector want 2+ years experience. I'm only sitting on about 6 months

I don't know if you are under any obligation for training or anything but I have seen @Chinatown recommend companies to people with six months before.... doesn't hurt to ask.

I wouldn't do that. Swift or not, you don't want to job hop early on in your career. Get a year or two in, and cash it in elsewhere.

 

then try your best to get in one full year of 4 seasons driving, then jump ship...
