Low pay and low miles. The 2 cent bonus is a joke because you arent going to get the miles to qualif
y. They love talking about it. Its a fairytail. I have had more checks less than $600 than over. The person posting big miles and big cbecks is actually the recruiter. Just running damage control i guess! They route you the shortest miles but roads make much of it the longest most exhausting route. I am moving on. I cant pay my bills with this outfit.

I think a driver can do better than Butler if they can get a job elsewhere. Their word to the drivers doesnt mean much to them. Dont ever expect the 2 cent bonus the talk so much about. It aint happening. I saw a good driver leave today because he was tired of the run around and they were really rude to him. I heard a little talk around the yard that the owners son was throwing his weight around
-
After seeing how they treated the driver that left i am calling other companies. There was no reason to treat any driver like that. His DM said they lost a good driver and shouldnt have but the hot head son butted in. They wan drivers that dont care how they are treated
-
I work there better go back and look, pretty bad safety record.
-
Well I never had that happen, hell you don't even have to talk to them in most cases. I'm a return driver and I've never been talked to crazy or disrespected in any way. They are tops in how thet treat you. They fly you in to work and I don't know too many that do that. Its a company for the recently experienced driver. Of course in some cases its a stepping stone but if you're a good driver then they'll work with you.

Stay away from Butler out of Kansas City, they are the scum of all scum, they will take money out of your pay for repairs on their trucks I had a problem with the reefer unit it cost $315 for repair, that came out of my check, they say they pay you.34 cpm but when you get your check they are only paying you.23cpm, they charge you for orientation, which they say they tell you that so many lies the recruiters tell you,
-
i guess you are one of their butt kissers or can't get another driving job with a better company
-
your right Gopher, i have seen them treat drivers like they were scum, especially in orientation.
