Buying a mx13 with 770k miles?

    Yes and no. Cummins are cheaper to bring back into spec and maintain but break more. MX13s if they are let go even a little are wallet draining monsters you never get ahead of. Its a trade off.....plus you dont need a 20k a year sub to do #### near anything electronic with them

    Might be a good deal if you can get it cheap enough and plan on replacing the engine.
    I have 515k on my 2021 and it's still good,has some warranty left on it too.

    Peterbilt actully, that kenny fell through last second. But yea that thing was a nightmare that never actully ended until i scrapped it. After that experince i will NEVER own another paccar product. You couldnt GIVE me a new one.

    After much consideration I decided to pass on the truck.. the price they were asking left plenty of money to rebuild and still come out okay, but after looking at the service records the emmisions system was not taken care of like the seller stated.

    I found another truck; a 2013 but has a Cummins with 400k on it, just had the headgasket done, but the few people I’ve talked to said to run as it’s never just a head gasket and with the mileage it’s in need of a rebuild.
