Within the last year my good friend was working with a couple of dealers to trade in his T800 for a glider.

His trade value was anywhere from $24,000 to $29,000. Within a week of trading it in it was online for $45900. $15,000 mark up isn’t to crazy from a big truck dealer.

Like anything someone always wants to get rid of their equipment more than someone else.

It is pretty ridiculous but at the same time now you know how much you can talk them down. Also, it’s not easy right now to sell a truck. I have one I decided to sell myself and “make more money” but it sits with no calls.
