We lease from Ryder. I will say they at least try to fix them. You take it in and show a mechanic what you want done and it will probably happen. Some of that stuff is more the driver of the truck just didn’t care enough to worry about it or isn’t mechanically inclined enough to understand what’s going on.

Your ability to know how to buy a truck was exceeded by your willingness to buy a truck.

Penske, seems to be a money grab franchise especial with their trailer rentals.

Some years back, I broke down in Westborough, Ma. The owner rented a Penske tractor about 10 miles from where I left the truck. Penske would not bring me the tractor, but said it was all ready and would be sitting at the gate/. So, I got a cab down to Penske. Upon arriving to pick up this "ready" tractor, on my pre-trip, I found 1 flat tire, one headlight out and turn signals would not work. But over the phone, Penske plainly told me, the tractor is ready and will be sitting by the gate. LOL Anyway, after those repairs were finally made, I took the piece of #### and made it back to Va. Told my boss, "ain't driving that junk again, you want it took back to Westborough, Ma, you better find someone else to take it.
