I like the 22 year olds drive and passion... Sure wish I had that Moxi. I am 42 and have always wanted to own my life, that being said,,never happened. I stuck with being comfortable, due to kids and a wife. Yep, that is an excuse, for those that don't rechagnize. I, like most, don't have the cahoanies to take that leap, or least didn't until now. My kids are grown and it is just me and the wife. House is about gone and no other bill's,,,nothing to loose and much to gain. I pray the young fella succeeds as well as those that really want it and give it there all.
