Buying a Volvo with commins engine that has oil leak!

I believe the only thing he does not have is DEF. He has EGR a DPF. That's the main problem with the ISX. All the soot inside the engine messing up the sensors and the oil flow to top of engine taking out the cams and rollers. The ISX you don't want is the first generation. The second generation IXS is better. I believe they just released a new ISX. They fixed tha lot of problems that Cummins had.

It cost my boss almost 3000 Canadian $.and there is no more leaking ...in back ..i have 1.3 m km on my engine 2009 isx on kenworth t660. And there is a lot of leaking from every where. .that y they call em Cummins.

 

So ... Simply put , run away driver ! Cummins = Bad these days
