My nephew drives for a company that has all W900s , one of their main clients, the shipper that owns the cargo specifies in the BoLs that the engine will not be shut off while under load, so they idle it at 1100 rpm all night and they do a forced regen every morning before they roll out .

they also do oil change at 10k miles, never use recap tires on the tractor or on the trailer, the tractor and trailer get an annual DOT inspection by their mechanic every week, and they sell the truck before the warranty expires, and order another one .

they’ve only had one major issue , engine wiped a cam, but was covered under warranty.
Lot of little stuff with the can-bus wiring etc.

don’t think they’ve ever had any issues with emission stuff , but they get rid of the trucks at 300k, or whenever the warranty runs out. They usually time out before they milage out .
