By way of introduction...

Hello all here! Introducing myself to the boards here and to all those who frequent them...

Well, as my name suggests, it's never to late to start something. And that's where I find myself. I'm 49 (jeez, that always surprises me when I see it in print) and looks like I'll be starting yet another career. I'm heading for training at C1 in Little Rock, AR next Monday unless the Good Lord says otherwise. I'll be driving for PAM out of NW Arkansas.

I'm excited, apprehensive, nervous... and very thankful for this site. I've already learned quite a bit. What a treasure of good information and entertainment. Thanks so much for putting it all together.

I hope to meet some good friends here and to learn. I'm a family man and I already know that it will be hard being away from my loved ones so much. I'm doing it for them. We gotsta eat, and this seems to be how we'll be accomplishing that. I do believe it will be an enjoyable career.
