ok - knee-jerk reply time. Heck, might only be the second half of that...

I do have serious issues allowing sexual predators of any nature into a position where they gain free access to a home. It's not quite so bad on the packing side, but on the unpacking side, it makes me highly nervous. It doesn't even matter if they are supervised - they have essentially free access to the home. Learn the lay out. Learn the locks/window systems. The whole nine yards. Free research!

I dunno - maybe I'm starting at shadows and these people have learned to control themselves. I'm willing to be proven wrong, as usual. But until then, I'm gonna continue being paranoid, thank you very much!

Now, OTR and the like. I actually have less of a problem with this -IF ceretain obvious steps are taken. First, of course, it will depend on the nature of their offense - and how many there were. I assume this program is really only available to the.. um.. 'milder' offenders. I certainly hope so. Assuming they qualify, they should be teamed with somebody. Predatory activity tends to be a solitary vice, and being constantly in the presence of other people would diminish the likelihood of recidivism.

Of course, if the evil doer is off on his own (which I suspect is how it goes), I'm gonna stay nervous and unhappy about it.

OH yeah that's just great now just think if 2 or 3 of these sexual predators end up working for the same company . You back in your school days were you are always out number in a fight with 1 gang cause they never can fight alone . now just think if you get 2 or 3 of these guys driving trucks or even worst team driving
won't be surprize if C R E hires rapist too.

One thing I haven't seen mentioned, and maybe I am wrong but arent there provisions in the law that restricts convicted felons from associating with fellow cons. It seems if that were the case the government agencies involved are also guilty of encouraging this. Perhaps a letter to the US Attorney might get a qualitative answer.

At least if the pot gets stirred, the contents shouldn't burn or stick to the pot.

As for your question, ........ I think you're correct. The last I heard, if someone is on probation and/or parole, one of the terms in that there be no association with other's on probation and/or parole, or convicted felons.

If they've changed the rules, I'm not aware of it, -- and if they changed the rules to allow those folks to bump elbows legally now-a-daze, I can't imagine why.

What my concern in this thread is, that it has been suggested that C.R. England has been engaged in yet another shady situation that could have the potential to cause other folks grief -- or worse.

I think it should be brought to the attention of the general public and law enforcement agencies. PDQ.

IF IT'S NOT TRUE,
Then, I think the right thing to do is to be sure the rumor goes NO farther.
It should end right here.

I haven't found any information indicating the allegations presented here have any validity. Nor have I found any information indicating this is actually happening.

At this point, I suspect the information might be false, because the original poster with that information has not provided any link to the story from a credible source.

IMO --- when/if ANYone posts claims like that on and in an open forum, they SHOULD make mention where they learned of the information, and where others can seek to do the same.

I'm goin' out on a limb here, but I'm thinkin' Wiseone would be anxious to provide any correct information to us in a New York minute. And I know he, and others, would appreciate the efforts of those bringing it to our collective attention. That's what we do here, and part of the reason we ARE here --- seeking the TRUTH of any given matter.
Nothing else really matters.

And as much as I don't like C.R. England, I don't like false rumors even more. IMO, even C.R.E. doesn't deserve to be falsely labeled.

That company has ENOUGH bad stuff that's true! No need to make stuff up.
IMO, that's pretty close to being dishonest, and probably disingenuous as well.

Personally, I try to be darned sure ANY information I give out is correct, because, IF I get it wrong, I have to contact ALL the people I gave wrong information to --- and set them right.

And if THEY passed on the false information provided by me -- I need to get a hold of those folks as well.

but after working with CRE -n- things i heard while beening thier about them hiring people that spend time behind bars for drugs -n- jumping bail. etc. it won't surprize me none how low they go just to get ( rape ) people of thier money
