AND... shall I say it? Wikipedia seems to be taken as the Gospel, although it is NOT always facts, since you and I can post whatever definition we want for a given subject.

Ok then. Personally I've never heard anything one way or another about pride. I have read that Jeff england had a fall out with the other brothers.

It's kind of hard to not know who the owner is. Since he personally introduces his self to all new drivers during orientation. It's no secret that the last name of a lot of the people in the office is England. A lot of them are Jeff's niece's and nephews, pretty bad when they leave there dad's company for employment with there uncle.

The only facts you gave are already known by every driver at Pride, who's related to who. Big deal. Judge a man by the content of his Character not by what birth canal he slide out of.

Now just because sometime in the past you got bent w/o lube by the Mormon mafia doesn't give you any right to bad mouth a good company when the only thing you know about it is what you read on wiki.

Next time please come arm with at least some grey matter if you intend to do some mental sparing. You sir, are dismissed.

Do you have a short list of other possibilities that would be acceptable employers?

I read the same posts you did and made at the opposite decission last November. I'm was an unemployed 52 year old. Now, I have my own truck. I clear about $800 a week running solo and about $2,000 a week when I do phase 2 training. CRE has always treated me with respect and they do exactly what they say on their website.

I have found that over 90% of the information posted about CRE in this forum is incorrect speculation. I am surprised CRE does not participate and correct the misinformation presented here.

Both my phase 1 and 2 trainers make about the same money I do. The two students I graduated are well on the way to the same thing.

Take what you read here with a grain of salt...

Especially considering my wife and I didn't bring home $800 a week TOGETHER while running for PODS dedicated... one of the best gigs there. Averaging close to 5k miles a week. I'm smelling some BS.
