It is up to the driver to verify the information on the lease and understand what is in it. A lease is a binding contract and when you sign your name you are saying that you understand it and agree to what is in it. If a company refused to provide me with a copy of the lease to have a lawyer look it over first or OOIDA or whoever I would never sign my name to it.

Bottom line: Your an adult. Ask questions, look at the lease and if you don't understand it don't sign it without having a someone you trust look at it first. -

The problem for drivers, instead of going out and hiring teams, CRE has developed a lease system that forces you into a team operation in order make any coin.
If you go into it knowing/wanting to team or train you can make a decent living. Provided you can navigate the bureaucratic incomptentency in West Valley.
But if you are looking to solo, CRE will chew you up and spit you out. Unless you are content working your butt off for subsistance wages. -
I have my lease contract from C R England. If I can get my fiance to figure how to post it online I will let you all know. The only way to make it as a lease driver with them is to train or team, plus have a good DM that will help you get miles. I am proud to say I am no longer with C.R.E. and looking for a new job.
