C. R. England

For those out their looking to obtain their cdl please do some extra research before you make a decision dont get me wrong C. R. England is a good companie to get started with as far a getting your cdl they keep, good working equipment, and newer trucks but you will sit, they will force a team mate on you, if you get routed to their yards for any reason they will hold you their at least 2 to 3 days. Now having said this I'm a solo driver always made more as a solo driver and safer too but if you are willing to run teams I suggest getting a buddy however the down side to this is they will probably pull that teammate off you they don't like friends working together for some reason but if you can do that you will get miles they run their teams and that's no lie but they do not run their solo drivers solo pay is 25cpm and team will average about 14cpm don't expect more even if they offer it. Contract is 9 months but you can leave at any time they say no competitor clause and that no one will hire you but I found out recently that C. R. ENGLANDS CONTRACTS are not as legally binding as they make out I did 6 months before I couldn't take any more 100 dollar checks I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone but that just me I pride myself on not lying so if you can for some reason put up with any of these things I've talked about then you'd be good at England but don't think your obligated to them if they mistreat you I quite and had a job within days thank for reading and good luck on your journey
