My 2009 peterbilt c13 is having some kind of sludge on the oil filling tube. Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice would be appreciated.

Yeah it does. The other thing is the oil level is not raising up and the antifreeze level is not going down. I have no clue what's going on, some people have cold me it could be the air compressor, but I have no idea what that would have to do with it

It could be coolant, which can be serious, best to get an oil sample. If it's not getting up to temp, excess condensation could cause that too. It's not something that you want to take a chance with, so get the oil sampled ASAP.
