Wondering if there is anywhere i could find a wastegate for a KCB C13 high pressure turbo. Ours ripped the bung for the line out of it and the dealer says they do not sell the actuator seperate from the turbo. Hate to buy an entire turbo for something this little that is serviceable.

Attempted to braze a new fitting on and got it going better, still has a small crack though and wont be able to completely fix it.

    Thanks .

I found that when searching too.

Its not too terrible. Not overboosting, very doggy fixing it helped. I thought about the epoxy route and may try it but was wondering if I could find a more permanent fix.

Try a few wrecking yard.might get lucky and find a truck from an accident that broke a turbo but dident harm the actuator.

Got it all fixed up with a brand new one. After some calls to some turbo folks they were able to find the proper wastegate head. 452603-0048 its a Garrett number. some places omit the two 0s. When i went to replace it I noticed the number was on the actuator head itself anyways sans the two 0's in front of the 48.

Hopefully this helps anybody else who needs one for any reason. Only Cost about $70. Need a 10mm to remove the two nuts holding it to the mount, some picks to get the snap ring out, a wrench to remove the line and out it comes. You do have to swap the actuator rod, jam nut and heat sheild all to the new head.
