C13 won’t get over 150 degrees

C13 55 degree morning wants to stay around 130-150 degrees. Even when it’s 70 fluctuates 150-170.

I suspect the thermostat has got stuck open, thoughts?

Like Big Road Skateboard says, verify the accuracy of the temperature gauge.
Modern diesel engines should operate in the range of 190-200 degree range.
