Yeah 1400 ridiculous hey. Im gonna do some more testing on harness today. Finally found a schematic for iva wires. Funny 5 and 6 share a supply wire, good place to start i spose.

I changed the engine harness.. No differance.. I did notice one thing tho if i do the test right at 140 f only 5 sometimes 6 come back as no good, if i run the test at 180 1,2,5 and 6 come back as no good.. Each of them starts failing the hotter the engine gets.. Possible oil pressure problem? The gauge in truck hot says 60psi at 1000 rpm, 40 at idle. What the hell, cat house doesnt have any ideas.

Makes you think a sensor is acting up due to the temperature related activities.
I don't know where your located at but you can PM me , I can share some info that I can't post.

I ran the test first thing this morning when it was about 0c outside.. Ran the test right when engine hit 140f and it passed the test everything working perfect. As engine got warmer it failed the tests dropping actuators the warmer it got. I let it cool down below 140 again and sure enough everything worked normal again. So def temperature related. I took it back to the cat house to have them test iva rail pressure thinking maybe pressure is dropping for some reason as it warms up.

did you inspect the alum bridge that supplies oil to that housing for cracks or a bad o-ring?

Mine had same problem on #2, put in injector, nothing loaded harness and it went bad above 160 degrees I realized that the ticking noise on my cb when engine was loaded was the wiring harness. all better now, sorry for your problems!

    Chevyho Thanks this.
