    No word on it yet, its been at the cat dealer since thursday not sure whats been going on. I am sure ill find out more tomorrow. Road bans went on here today so not much of a rush anymore.

    Ive been extremely busy this past week so havent bothered to check on it. Im off today so I will see whats going on with it and keep this updated.

    They have done everything they can to try and diagnose this and can not figure it out. They hooked a mechanical gauge on IVA rail and pressure is normal all the time.

    So to recap;
    -new injector/ iva harnesses
    -new engine harness
    -tried 2 new housings on 5 and 6 actuators
    -tried a new ecm
    -new check valve in iva rail
    -new pressure sensor
    -new iva control valve

    Nothing has helped, I am just going to drive it. Whether or not it is even affecting anything I dont know.

    Theyve been in contact with Cat the whole time, and everyone is stumped. They have almost 50 hours in this thing.

    That's depressing ..... Is this a cat dealer or a truck dealer certified for cat work ?

    And do they admit there's a problem?

    Depressing is right. Cat dealer, yes they admit theres a problem. But also say it may have no affect? Lol

    Just been running it, got tired of throwing money at it no one can figure it out. Some days it runs fine other days it doesnt.
