Yep, I still see some oil spots every now and then floating on top over a year when mine failed.

Thanks so much guys. I'm going to order an oil cooler, heater lines, and rad lines.
Oxbow Thanks this. -
Well my local KW wants $930 just for the cooler..
-
Oxbow and Diesel Dan 92 Thank this.

Well now I'm not sure what's going on guys.
Ran about 150 miles today, half loaded at 150+ half empty at 45.
Truck ran great.
Pulled a sample after it cooled off a bit, I'm not sure what's in my coolant. Smells kind of like PB Blaster.
Not as dirty as I initially thought.
I may flush the system and refill, see if I get more contamination.
I've only had this truck in service for a couple months and I haven't done a coolant change yet. -
oil will not look like oil it is gray and will be like butter or pudding the thing is it will over heat real quick with out warning and have seen to many play around with an oil cooler using stop leaks only to blow a head gasket or crack a head just staying don't bury your head in the sand. pay me today or pay me A LOT later.
Diesel Dan 92 Thanks this. -
If it is fuel in the coolant. It will be injector cup o-rings. But you need to figure it out SOON!
snowman_w900 and Diesel Dan 92 Thank this. -
I'm leaning fuel at this point. Going to flush it this week and run it a bit to determine wth is going on.

Coolant will settle in the oil after you turn your unit off, think hot coolant 14psi for 3 hours after you 0 your engine and transmission oil pressure. You should see coolant if it's leaking there. C15s have horrible cgi coolers though that trap the coolant. Get a 80$ gas in coolant tester for diesel, cats don't always work could do a bouble test off the rad.

So I flushed the rad and put in new coolant. Ran for a few weeks no problems then one day puking out the overflow.
Diesel.
Replaced injector cups and o rings.
Flushed, filled. Hopefully good to get now.
