C15 ecm wireing diagram

I have 06 international 9400i with a c15 I been having problem one day I turn off the truck 30mins later turn key no power and I mean nothing no ignition power no lights no radio nothing check all fuses relay they are good I don't have a fuse in my battery box going to the ecm I checked power at the key ignition no power run a jumper power wire to the key ignition start right up been working good for about a month until my check/service light come on for 3sec I lost power and goes back off truck back to running normal I scan my truck and it say low battery power to ecm.
Anyone has the wireing diagram to the ecm so I can run a power and ground wire directly.
