C15 NXS Accert cuts out

    My NXS has lost power a couple times now. The first time I was coming up an inclined on ramp and it acted like I wasn't getting any fuel (my best description of what happened) and I got off the fuel and then I got back on it and it's ran fine until today. It did the same thing today taking off from a stop light going up an incline. I thought maybe I was crazy the first time until it happened today. It has happened now twice in about 1500 miles. The truck does have low boost(30-38lbs random)but I don't know if that has anything to do with it just throwing that out there. What do you think is going on? I know if I take it to a shop their not going to do anything if I can't replicate it.

    Sounds like you have a small leak in the fuel system somewhere and it is losing prime.

    Might sound stupid, check your coolant level. Had my truck "shut down" on me twice in the same day. Got under the hood to check things out and noticed a pin hole in the coolant reservoir. Until repaired, it would shut down every time coolant got low.

    It doesn't shut down just loses power and sputters and i let off the accelerator(naturally) and then back on and everything is fine again.

    It's likely one of three things:

    1) TPS signal to ECM, there may be codes

    2) Air in fuel

    3) Voltage to ECM
