C15bridge info?please

    I have recently bought a 2004 W900L KW with a C-15 bridge motor and the oil pressure is running about 68 psi warmed up running at 1500rpm also the water temp is running at 185 empty and 200 to 210 loaded and the fan never shuts off doesn't matter cold or hot.Dose anyone know if this normal.Any info on this motor is helpfull! Thanks

    Probably needs the fan clutch solenoid that delivers the air to the clutch to release it. Its probably mounted on the firewall just follow the airline from the clutch and you should be able to find it.

    Those temps sound about right. When you get the fan problem fixed it'll routinely go up to 217 before the fan kicks on if you let it. You probably see crazy high egts too. The only way to fix any of that is to unbridge. The cheapest fix would be to get a 6NZ flash from Haney, upgrade the turbo then you'll have normal temps, better power, economy..

    Probably late but if the fan is running all the time sometimes the a.c. high temp switch is faulty. If you can find the switch, unplug it a use a jumper wire to cross the terminals. If the fan shuts off its very likely the switch or the a.c is not charged.
