    07 780 fan constantly jumps speed high low no matter speed setting changed switch but still same is there another relay or switch that receives signal could be bad advice pls

    Might be the controller it's about an $80 part has some heat sinks in it if i remember right

    If you replaced the dash controller already, it's either the speed resistor or the fan motor itself. I've seen the connector on the speed resistor go bad as well.
