Usually you measure the height of the air bag from top to bottom. It is usually around 5 to 5 1/4".

Good question, look at the valve and see if one port says delivery or supply. I'm not sure without looking at one.

We just adjust the height so that the back of the sleeper is level.
This is presuming the frame is level while checking the sleeper.

I'm sure there is a factory spec (as possibly mentioned before) but checking it with a level is how we have done it and
it seems to work out just fine....I'm curious now and will measure what my result is to see how close it is...

I usually hold a level to the bottom edge of the sleeper (just above the tanks) and have a buddy adjust the valve until the
bubble in the level is centered. Of course it could be eye balled as well..

As I posted in another thread, the minute I actually did this on my own KW, the ride was immediately improved and fantastic now.

another thing to check are the hood nipples(yeah i said nipples). when you adjust the cab height it can put a bind on the hood. you might have to rejust them as well so the hood will open easier.

    Hanadarko Thanks this.
