    They don't hire newbies or drivers right out of a school. They want experience.

    Well that's a good question, We have a major account in Griffin GA that I've been too a number of times. Every time I've been sent there it was a deadhead out of Florida. I'll find out for you though.

    For that driver looking for a company hiring out of Va. on I 81. I currently drive for C&C out of Duncan S.C. they run from the Carolinas to the N.E.. Not a bad company...miles are there but pay could be better. Hope that helps
