My truck is finished at the Volvo dealer. I'll pick it up in the morning. My load is scheduled to load in the afternoon so I'll come back home, load my stuff then leave the house around noon.

Yeah you're right LOL.....just saw it today. It was 215ish and below that were sold off recently .It was leased out to another guy a couple years ago but he wound up losing it for some reason, and he was the one who chromed it up. I call it "Capt. ChromeDome". Not really sure why, I just do! Then there was the "Purple Nurple" (211 or 212). Don't you dare ask me what my names are for some of the people around here! I'll never tell!

Picked my truck up at Volvo. I loaded up all my belongings and the food my wife prepared. I'm ready to go west if need be. I'll be loaded later this afternoon and have an open window to deliver between 7am and noon on Friday. I've delivered to this customer a few times in Florence NJ and they are a pleasure to deliver to. Be safe all, God Bless!

Well it seems as though I have some time to kill before I can get my next load. I hustled a bit and got my NYT load delivered at about 1:00 this afternoon and am dispatched to p/u in Griffin GA. It's scheduled for tomorrow, so I call them to see if it's loaded and ready today and if I can pick it up early. The girl I talked to said I couldn't get it until after 8:00 AM, so I'll just spend the rest of the day here at the Atlanta Petro and get a nice hot shower and a meal, and watch some movies on the DVD player my wife got me for Christmas. I can live with that.

Got empty in Florence NJ this morning at 5am. Just waiting for my 10 hour break to be up with at 9am. I spoke to Louie yesterday and was told that I will be dropping and hooking later today going back to the house. Right now I'm having a cup of coffee and an egg sandwich I made in the truck.

Here's something I witnessed yesterday in the rest area at the north end of 95 in NC. I don't usually rat anyone out for their indiscretions, but this needs to be brought up. As I was pulling into my parking spot, the driver to my right sitting in the drivers seat of a New Century transportation truck rolled down his window, extended a gallon jug full of bright yellow piss out his window and proceeded to empty it all over the parking area. I had to stop so the splash from his completely full container of piss didn't get all over the side of my truck. I wanted to throw up. What a disgusting, lazy piece of trash. I just hope he has a little more class at home than he does on the road.
