    They acquired Blue Hen Lines for the NY Times account. Then bozo Fowler went to electronic logs and lost the account......I bet Fowler didn't leave.....he was fired for making false statements on drivers dacs.

    I been hearing from another Blue Hen about a lawsuit against Calex for Fowler falsifying dacs. I need to check my dac to see if he put anything on there. I found a co. in Al. that reminds me a lot of Blue Hen . The safety guy is like no other I've ever met. Small fleet about 60 trucks, Fowler should take lessons from this safety guy.

    Boy, gone for a few days and all hell breaks loose. First off, your second hand information is not quite right. Lost the NY Times? If that's true someone forgot to tell us. I and a few others just got back from the west coast after bringing NY Times product out last week. Oh, and that doesn't include the regular runs I have done along with other drivers to Florida and the Midwest with NY Times. As far as Fowler and the Elogs are concerned he was against it, the big man upstairs brought them in. Even with the Elogs we are able to do the runs with them. The DAC issue you bring up is something that I have not heard about since the day he quit. I was in the office the day he came in and said he gave his notice. Which I suspect was the way it went down seems as how he gave 2 weeks notice and waited until they hired his replacement before he left.

    yea i dont belive that one bit either john i kinda find that hard to belive that jim would do that kind of thing i didnt find anything on mine so theres gotta be more to this story but hope you had a good trip out

    Jim Fowler left a while ago for greener pastures. We haven't lost NY Times.

    And a new Volvo just showed up in the yard today. It has a small lower roof sleeper. I'm wondering how that will go over.

    Those new trucks with the mid roofs are for the local guys. I was talking to Ray today and he said they have 10 of them coming in.
