Well it wasn't a perfect first day, bit I survived. Six hours at my pick up burned up a lot of my 14 and had to shut down an hour away from my delivery.

Hopefully, third time will be a charm for ya Voyager, LOL. What are ya running now? local or OTR for Calex? Where did you pick up at and where are ya delivering? Good Luck and keep us informed, Thanks

apus?
thanks yall.. i cant wait to join this crew.. -
It's a small outfit that has a knack of knowing everyone by their first name. The shop? It's probably like every other trucking companies shop. Could be better. We are paid every Friday, I've been paid via direct deposit the almost 4 years I've been here. Most of the trucks have APU's. welcome aboard. Any questions ask away.Last edited: Feb 20, 2013

Sitting in Wilmington NC waiting for my first drop to open at midnight. I got here later than normal because I had a front steer tire lose about 35 lbs of air over night last night. I went back to the yard after putting my load on to get it replaced. What they did was replace the valve stem. I get here and check the tire because it's pulling to the right and feels real soft and I see I'm down about 20lbs of air. In the morning I will be at the Petro in Florence getting a new steer tire put on. There's some things I'll put up with, a steer tire loosing this much air in 10 hours is not one of them.
I'm loading lettuce again on Saturday in Belle Glade for a Monday delivery in Jersey. Still having major payroll issues. Not exactly happy about that either. With my back still bothering me and the fact that I have my dedicated run that I take very seriously, I'm about this close to telling everyone in Pittston I'll miss a week just so I can get over this back issue and get my pay straightened out. I don't know what bothers me the most, my back or payroll.Last edited: Feb 20, 2013
The Challenger Thanks this. -
The stress from payroll is not helping your back any.
JohnBoy Thanks this.
