    I'm fresh out of CDL school. I wil be with a trainer heading out to California. Any tips or concerns I should have?

    Be courteous to the trainer and he should be the same toward you. Keep the radio volume low while the trainer is in the sleeper. Help out on the fuel island such as, if he's fueling, you clean the windshield & mirrors, headlights, etc. That's about it, just common sense.

    I looked at the pay package for teams, and I just don't see the miles or the money with them. I am looking for teams that are doing Coast to Coast turns to find out if there are Miles there. Seems like the pay package is week overall.

    I think Old Dominion Freight Lines pays teams .75 cpm and they run coast to coast.
    Celadon and TWT Refrigerated Service pay teams .60 cpm.
    All 3 of these companies hire new cdl grads.
